More About Our Plant
Synthetic Resin Products (PVT.) LTD. operates a sophisticated petroleum refining facility, utilizing gas condensate as its primary raw material. The plant comprises two distinct units: a Batch plant with a processing capacity of 100 tons per day, and a Continuous plant with a capacity of 400 tons per day. Both plants are integrated within a Distributed Control System (DCS), enabling them to collectively achieve a total refining capacity of 500 tons per day.
Operational Procedure
Initially, the feed condensate from the storage tank is transferred to the reboiler via a feed pump, with flow control managed by a level control system. The reboiler contains a heat exchanger through which hot thermofluids circulate. These thermofluids transfer heat to the condensate, causing it to evaporate. The resulting condensate vapor then ascends into the distillation column.
The vapor is subsequently cooled in two stages: first, in an air cooler (aerocondensar), and then in a water cooler. After cooling, the condensed product is collected in a collection tank before being transferred to the product tanks.
The middle distillate (MS) is collected when the top temperature reaches 120°C and the pressure is 7 PSI. The bottom product, High-Speed Diesel (HSD), is then drained into an offload balloon and transferred to the product tank for storage.

Logistical Facilities
-
Five pumps are utilised for receiving the condensate, and a mooring buoy jetty has been installed to facilitate its reception.
-
Four pumps are employed to deliver both the product and the condensate, while the jetty is also utilised for the delivery process.
